Mr. Abdul Rahman Osman:
Sudanese national, Advocate, Manager of Al Bawardi Advocates & Legal Consultant since 1999, obtained the degree of Bachelor of Laws from the Cairo University, Khartoum enrolled as an Advocate in 1992, and Bar Council of Sudan. Practiced as an Advocate in Sudan, lawyer and legal consultant, specialized in drafting of Memorandum, summons, preparing all kinds of court papers, contract for individuals, companies and establishments and in providing legal consultations with relate to criminal, civil and matrimonial cases in addition to registering of companies and following and attending of cases before the Rent Committee.
Mohammed Ali Ahmed Mohammed Ahmed Eseid:
Sudanese National and a Graduate in Laws from University of Khartoum in the year 2001. He have worked and gained expertise in civil , criminal and sharia laws (public and private, local and international) over six (6) years apart from various training courses and have undergone in addition to his favourite works in the field of the translation from English to Arabic and vice versa. He worked as a judge in the Sudan Judiciary for two years ,Advocate in the Sudan for three years ,translator in the human rights projects in the Sudan for four years ,Lecturer in the University of Holey Quraan for one year, Legal consultant for the Bank of Khartoum Elobeid branch for one year and legal consultant in a legal firm in Dubai for one year and now working in Al Bawardi Advocates since 2 years as legal advisor general law ,giving oral and written legal advises,preparing the pleadings and advocacy, drafting contracts in English and Arabic.
Mr. Nizar Abdul Kareem Ahmadany:
Sudanese national, graduated on 1996 in the faculty of law, Al Nilin University – Khartoum working as a legal researcher in Al Bawardi Advocates & Legal Consultant since 1999, handling administration works in the office such as following of cases before courts, public prosecution office, police station... etc.
Mr.Yassir Basheer Ali Mohammed:
Sudanese national,graduated in Law in the year 2000,Bsc from university of Ineelain .Worked in Hosn Al Khatima organization as a legal adviser from February 2007 to march 2009.Also passed BSc economic from Shargeliel University and diploma of marketing. Now working in the Al Bawardi Advocate & Legal Consultants as the legal consultant and following the court cases.
Ms. Rasheeda:
Indian National, Advocate, obtained the degree of Bachelor of Laws from the Mangalore University, Karnataka, India in the year 1997and enrolled as an Advocate in the year 1998.Bar Council of India - Kerala, India. Practiced as an Advocate in India from 1998 to 2007, assisted conducted and contested all types of civil and criminal matters, matrimonial cases, Insurance cases, Banking cases, Labour Cases and worked as a Legal adviser and consultant of Banks and Other financial Institutions, specialized in drafting of contracts. Now working as the Legal Researcher in Al Bawardi Advocate & Legal Consultants since 2 years.
Miss.Shadia Adnan Baker:
Brazilian National, graduated 2006 as Bachelor of Juridical and social science from Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul/Brazil, worked as clerk in the Notary's Public, practiced law in Public Defense of Brazilian Government, practiced law in the Chamber of Council in the Municipality of Government , Brazil . Assistant for the segment Customer's defense & Rights in the municipality of Brazil, working in Al Bawardi Advocates as Legal consultant and researcher, carrying on all business contracts, agreements & memorandums, Legal consultancy, Offshore Incorporation, Free Zone company formation FZCO/FZE, Free Zone rules for labour cases and under all cases.
Ms. Alia Abdul Aziz Al Sheik Idress:
Advocate, obtained the degree of Bachelor of Laws from Sharjah University, on the year 2006, has joint to the office in 2007, as legal researcher and all the legal works including writing the letters and notes, following the cases in courts, management affairs, typing complains and applications.
Ms. Fatima Abdullah Mubasher Mohd Saleh:
Sudanese National, obtained bachelor of Arts and Human studies has also higher diploma in educational studies, working in administrative field, typing letters and notes and following cases and time of sittings, arranging the system of the office and coordinating between the staff in the office.
Ms.Mariam Meer:
British citizen, graduated in business studies and marketing in 1999,possesses over 10 years experience in business marketing in UK.Responsible for the marketing solutions of the companies services and budgets, booking meetings to visit clients regarding company services and sending profiles to the clients and follow ups.
