Al Bawardi Advocate & Legal Consultants is one of the renowned Law Firm in the United Arab Emirates., the office renders its unique Legal service through its four offices allocated in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Dubai and Jebel Ali.
Al Bawardi Advocates & Legal Consultants established in the Emirate of Dubai in 1976 and in Abu Dhabi in 1977 by Juma Butti Al Bawardi, a UAE national and Sabah Mohammed Ali Mahmood, Iraqi national. The Main objective was to establish a complete legal firm providing all legal services in teamwork spirit. We have obtained our license from the Ministry of Justice as Advocates and Legal consultants before all Federal Courts in the UAE. Since inception, we attempted to combine practical experience in Islamic Laws and Arab Laws with Companies Law and Insurance, Commercial and banking Laws. In order to achieve such objectives, we have entered into an agreement to be associated with Law office in London and then with one of the most reputed law offices in the USA.
We have a group of high qualified lawyers from different countries such as U.A.E, Sudan, Egypt, India and Brazil, to assure the best services. We offer our Legal Services with the help of well-versed Lawyers and prominent Legal advisers who have deep knowledge in all fields of Law and the Local regulations.

UAE national, licensed to practice law in 1976 in both Emirates, Dubai & Abu Dhabi. He pursued his studies at Al Azhar University- Cairo and graduated in Law and Islamic Laws. He worked as General Secretary of the Council of Ministers before retiring and during that time he used to attend the Court once a week in order to learn and practice this noble profession till 1989. He was deputed as Director of Sheikh Sultan Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Office for five consecutive years beside being General Secretary of the Council of Minister, which he continued till 1996 then given retirement after he spent 24 years in the service and after being honoured by working under guidance of Honourable Al Nahyan and Al Maktoum and since then he is practicing law through Al Bawardi offices in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Al Ain and the rest of U.A.E

Sudanese national, Advocate, Manager of Al Bawardi Advocates & Legal Consultant since 1999, obtained the degree of Bachelor of Laws from the Cairo University, Khartoum enrolled as an Advocate in 1992, and Bar Council of Sudan. Practiced as an Advocate in Sudan, lawyer and legal consultant, specialized in drafting of Memorandum, summons, preparing all kinds of court papers, contract for individuals, companies and establishments and in providing legal consultations with relate to criminal, civil and matrimonial cases in addition to registering of companies and following and attending of cases before the Rent Committee.
